Your staff manager is different from your immediate manager and is available to help ensure you reach your career goals. His role is to understand, communicate and align business and individual capabilities to promote business growth and personal career development. Staff managers provide career guidance, clarity on company process and policies, inputs for performance reviews and ensure that your career aspirations are met.

GuruCOOL
In keeping with our strong focus on continuous learning, GuruCOOL is the learning and development department of Logica India. They run a number of training programmes through which you can acquire new skills, learn soft skills, pursue certificate courses and constantly update your knowledge and skill base. GuruCOOL provides all the facilities to help you in your quest for knowledge, from training programs, e-learning initiatives and computer based training, to library memberships, certificate courses and expert panels.
