Strong customer service skills and customer communication. • Technical delivery - acting as the single point of contact between the CSM and the service line production resources, and the first point of escalation for the CSM, if there are issues with service provision. • Quality of service - achieving customer satisfaction through the delivery of value based services and the prompt and effective handling of any service issues. • User relationship management - again achieving customer satisfaction by identifying potential service problems before they occur, and promptly issuing service announcements to keep users informed of service issues. • Service aggregation - ensuring the seamless delivery of component services to the customer - where relevant across multiple service lines (BPO, AM and IM) and from subcontractors. • OLA management - ensuring that the service line(s) meet the OLA (Operational Level Agreement) with the CSM - which in turn underpins the achievement of the contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement). • Production process management - ensuring that all ITIL processes are carried out effectively - paying particular attention to those that directly impact the service to the customer, such as incident and change management. • Production transition / transformation management - ensuring that we meet the agreed milestones (eg for service go live dates; migration of production work offshore etc).
